Help & information

Shopping availability

A listed store does not guarantee coupon automation or cashback. Rebato must verify the store’s permissions, checkout integration and offer terms first.

Once enabled at a supported checkout, choose Apply coupons before Rebato tests codes. Cashback requires its own explicit activation. Opening Rebato or an invite link does not activate cashback or create earnings.

Sign in or reconnect

If you already have Rebato installed:

1. Open Rebato from the Chrome toolbar and choose Sign in to Rebato.
2. Choose an available sign-in method. If you choose email, open the sign-in link within 10 minutes; it works once.
3. Approve the extension connection only if you started the request.
4. Reopen Rebato from the toolbar to finish signing in.

If a link or connection request has expired, start again from the extension. Reconnecting to an existing account preserves your invite-code choice and recorded history.

Understand your rewards

Pending

The reported purchase awaits advertiser review.

Confirmed

The advertiser approved the reward. It is not yet available to withdraw.

Rejected

The reward was declined and does not count toward your balance.

Reversed

A previously reported reward was withdrawn and the balance is adjusted.

Cash and gift card withdrawals are unavailable. Cashback activation alone never creates earnings.

Invite codes

New accounts can enter an optional invite code during signup. Continuing with a valid code or skipping permanently closes that choice. Existing accounts cannot add or change their inviter.

If your code is paused: sharing is unavailable, but your code and recorded invite history are preserved. Use the confirmed support contact below when it is available.

Referral rewards, Robux crediting and gamepass withdrawals are disabled. Recorded invites do not promise a future reward.
